One of the best homes we’ve stayed at! All weekend, our group couldn’t stop commenting on how well stocked the house was, the amazing view, and the hot tub was such a nice added bonus. Our host was very responsive and reached out multiple times making sure we had the best possible stay. Highly recommend!

Home has everything you need for a ski weekend or trip to the area. We took our family with grandkids and it was a perfect set up for our group of 12. Plenty of room for 16. Very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions during our stay.

Great place to stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. They really thought of everything! There are plenty of towels, even for the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ellicotville.

Hot tub was amazing. Cleanest place I’ve stayed in even compared to some hotels. House was beautiful and felt extremely welcoming. Only about a 5 minute drive up the road to Ellicottville.

We were a group of 16, from the huge entryway/ mud room that easily accommodated everyone’s gear to the beautiful kitchen dining area that had everything you could possibly want . The living area had a huge couch that was great for our large group. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, again spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were beautifully done and stocked with all you need. It’s minutes from downtown Ellicottville with great views. Would highly recommend!!!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. It is the cleanest place we have ever rented. The host are so accommodating ! If we had a question they would respond immediately. I loved how the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Highly recommend this house!!!

Dana, thank you for your feedback. For context this guest unfortunately had a bad weather weekend during their stay. There were widespread power outages the day they checked in. Although our power wasn’t affected, a tree came down on some power lines in the area and our internet providers lines were caught up in the mess. The power lines were LIVE wires and we were at the mercy of the power company, a tree service, and our internet provider. The internet was down for our guests first night but was fully restored by the second night. 5 kids and no internet and bad weather… we just couldn’t imagine doing nothing for our guest. We do regret not being able to earn a 10/10 review but we do appreciate the time spent to leave a review for us and hope that you have better weather and a better overall experience if you can come visit us again! Safe and happy travels!

I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rental properties over the years, and this was, by far the best equipped with the greatest number of amenities. There weren’t any Household items not provided in abundance and the hot tub was immensely enjoyed on this snowy ski trip to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville. The hosts were more than available throughout even when we didn’t contact them. The on line Guidebook prior to our visit was very helpful. This was a multigenerational trip with my children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Thanks to our hosts!

The house is very nicely decorated and well located very close to Holiday Valley. The house's 3 king size beds made it ideal for a multi-family stay. They furnished lots of fluffy towels, both for bathroom and then hot tub use. The kitchen had a tower of quick snacks, plus ziploc bags and disposable tupperwares. The size of the couch was great to fit everyone after a day on the slopes.
