This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers everything you need for a fun,
relaxing, and memorable vacation. Just bring your beach towel — we’ve taken care of the
rest! Our home is all inclusive (includes all linens, bath towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, and sand toys!). Room for up to 10 people!

Inside, you’ll enjoy brand-new bathrooms, a fully updated kitchen, stylish new flooring, and
fresh, comfortable furnishings throughout. Relax with your favorite shows on our 65" Smart
TV in the living room and 55" Smart TV's in each bedroom, stay connected with super fast Wi-Fi, or gather with friends and family in the spacious living and entertaining areas. For your entertainment, we have also included a Samsung Bluetooth Sound Tower to enjoy music during your stay as well as an arcade console which includes Ms. Pac Man and Galaga.

Everything was great, the house was perfect for our family and the location was everything! You can tell the owners kept up with the house and made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. We loved being able to bring our dog with us :) So easy to walk to the beach or a restaurant or mini golf. You can take either a short drive or the jolly trolley to rehoboth.The only downside (not to the owners fault) is the hot water heater went during our stay so cold showers were inevitable.

The townhouse was in a great location and well laid out. Enough room for the family. We really appreciated being able to bring our golden retriever and he loved running on the beach every morning. The townhouse was clean and comfortable for the week and we really enjoyed our time in Dewey. I would suggest to any renters to bring cleaning supplies, a couple of kitchen garbage bags , hand soap etc bc none of that was supplied.

A little about us—we’re a husband and wife who share a love for travel, adventure, and making lasting memories by the sea. Erin is a Spanish teacher with over 25 years of experience and a passion for learning about different cultures. Andrew has spent more than 30 years in the food and flavor industry, which means we both appreciate great food and love discovering new places to enjoy it!

Though we’ve explored many beautiful destinations, we’ve always been drawn back to the Delaware beaches. Andrew is a Delaware native, and both of us have been visiting Dewey and Rehoboth Beach since we were kids. These coastal towns have become our home away from home—the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and local charm.

We spend a lot of time in the area ourselves, so the recommendations we share with you are truly our personal favorites—from the best beach spots to local restaurants and hidden gems. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore, or just enjoy some time by the water, we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.
