Everything was great, the house was perfect for our family and the location was everything! You can tell the owners kept up with the house and made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. We loved being able to bring our dog with us :) So easy to walk to the beach or a restaurant or mini golf. You can take either a short drive or the jolly trolley to rehoboth.The only downside (not to the owners fault) is the hot water heater went during our stay so cold showers were inevitable.

The townhouse was in a great location and well laid out. Enough room for the family. We really appreciated being able to bring our golden retriever and he loved running on the beach every morning. The townhouse was clean and comfortable for the week and we really enjoyed our time in Dewey. I would suggest to any renters to bring cleaning supplies, a couple of kitchen garbage bags , hand soap etc bc none of that was supplied.

This house is SO clean and well-stocked, which made our vacation relaxing and easy right from the start. Linens, towels, startup paper products, soaps, detergents - it is all there for you! There are even 4 or 5 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys - and a nice outdoor shower and hose! Beds are comfy and there is plenty of seating for a group in the family room and dining room! We just found ourselves wishing there were an area/table to eat outside, but the deck on the main floor is too small for that. That deck does have a super convenient electric grill, though, which we enjoyed getting to use! The third floor/roof deck is very relaxing in the evening to sit on! The owners are super communicative and flexible with our requests. We will for sure be back!
