Professionally decorated and perfectly appointed. Located nearby the Intracoastal Waterway in a safe, serene neighborhood along a gorgeous street popular for biking, jogging, walking, or just strolling. A local playground is less than a mile’s walk away, with multiple others which include pickleball and tennis courts within 5 miles. 2 boat launches are within a mile away with world-class fishing in Mosquito Lagoon just steps away. Kayaks, paddle boards and boat rentals available nearby. A 5 minute drive from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and numerous activities that New Smyrna Beach provides.
