The rental unit was beautifully furnished, had everything I needed, and the property owner was responsive. My smoke detector was slowly beeping the first night and the battery was quickly replaced following my note to the owner.

Unit was spotless, comfortable, easy to navigate from……. We loved it. Hope to come back. Especially appreciated the washer and dryer!! We’ve been traveling to various places for over a week, and having a washer and dryer meant a lot. I ordered from Walmart and had it delivered so we’d have some supplies. Neighbors were friendly and chatted with us. It was a great stay!!

We were thrilled with our stay at this VRBO in Port Richey! The accommodations were exactly as described. We loved cooking in the kitchen and were pleased with the pots, pans, silverware, and other items provided. Having laundry in-unit made our stay so much easier. The bed and couch were incredibly comfortable—the perfect place to relax after a long day. The unit is in such a convenient location and we explored lots of local parks and businesses, took a day trip to St. Petersburg, and were able to easily pickup groceries from the Walmart that was only 3 minutes away! The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. We were sad to leave and hope to stay here again in the future!

Property exceeds expectations!! Minutes to stores and restaurants. The screeened in porch and yard is amazing and sits 20 yards from the water inlet. I was able to see several dolphins playing and jumping from the porch. Home was immaculate and clean. Host was super responsive to every question I had. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean duplex. Couldn't hear the neighbors which was nice. Mabel was very communicative and checked on me during my stay. Loved having the kitchen and laundry machines. Neighborhood was pretty safe too. Overall, great stay.
