The location could not have been beat. It's a truly river-side spot with easy, pleasant walking access to the downtown area. The host had clear, quick communication. I do not have a smartphone, which has caused some snags checking in and out of other VRBO's. The host made sure check-in and check-out were as painless as possible. The rental itself had a somewhat bizarre layout. If someone were to book this for the advertised max capacity (12), it would be very tight in the communal indoor areas. However, a plus is that each room has its own shower and the back porch is a great spot for larger groups to hang out. There is ample parking on-site.

The place was easy to find, clean, bright and as described. IF you are planning on cooking , note that there aren't spices or oil, etc.

Thank you for the review and comments. There is a pretty good selection of spices, oil spray, and olive oil in the upper cupboard to the left of the range.
