Nice place and neighborhood! It has everything you need. Very clean. Entry could not be easier. The bedding and bath towels were exceptionally good. The driveway is steep and you do hear the nearby freeway when in the backyard if that is important to you. Inside is quiet. I would stay there again.
This property is a beautiful mountain pine getaway. The home is warm and welcoming in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. You feel like you are in a nice mountain cabin. The house is close to campus and downtown which is full of activities. The kitchen is beautiful with everything you could need for a long stay. The hosts provide a very pet-friendly environment. We felt very welcome to have my mother’s support animal. The house was very clean and easy to maintain. The hosts were super friendly and helpful! My kids absolutely loved the arcade game in the great room!!! This home is perfect for large families. We absolutely loved this home and will save it for future trips! I highly recommend it if you are visiting Flagstaff!
Enjoyed this property very much. The location was perfect (very close to NAU for the graduation we were attending) and accommodated our family well. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the Christmas tree was a very nice added touch for the holidays.
We had a quiet relaxing weekend. The main living room with its large windows and view of beautiful trees was so beautiful. The dogs enjoyed napping by the windows. The house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.
What a great place to stay. There is plenty of room for lots of guests. There were only three of us, but I could see it being comfortable for plenty more. The kitchen is huge and laid out well. Two separate rooms to relax and stream TV or movies. We really enjoyed the front living room with all that glass on the front. It was very nice to sit and look out at the trees. We are classic arcade game fans, so the video game cabinet was a bonus The cabin is located on the outskirts of town. It was easy to get groceries and to restaurants. It was nice to get out of the heat in Peoria and see some green trees, flowers, and mountains.
Great location easy access to interstate and into Flagstaff! Easy check- in, we were granted a little earlier access . Great for the little ones naps. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our cooking at home meals! Comforts of home. We had an incredible amount of rain and cool weather just what we wanted. TIL next time!
The Troxler house was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and fully functional. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Things to note: the driveway is steep as mentioned in the listing, there is room in the garage for a car and a level spot in front of the garage to park making in manageable; there are plenty of exterior security cameras covering all entrances and most of the grounds; there is a decent amount of road noise form the interstate.
This was the cleanest most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. I slept in the room with the two full sized beds and they were very comfortable. Our group included kids who loved the Pac Man machine. It was nice having two living rooms so the kids could be in one and the adults in another. This location is very close to Fort Tuthill and Lake Mary. You really get the mountain feel with this property with so many pine trees in the neighborhood and in the backyard. Very lovely!

Thank you so much for staying with us! Your family is welcomed back anytime.
Property appears recently remodeled and very clean. More space than my wife and I needed but we liked the location and the fact it’s been updated. The driveway is pretty steep but manageable. The garage was accessible and we used it for parking. Property is pet friendly, however the back yard is not fully fenced in. Our dogs have good recall so it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great stay.
House is very nice in residential neighborhood with large pine trees near the university and commercial areas. Only problem was the power was out in the neighborhood the evening we arrived. Property manager was helpful and arranged for another property the first night. Hosts provided a gift card for the inconvenience. The only issue that should be better described in the online listing is the steepness for the driveway (15-20%).Drivers need to be very careful entering and existing the property.
We enjoyed our stay, beds and linens were excellent Garage was great, extra refrigerator, grill and side yardso convenient. Backyard furniture needs replacement but still enjoyed the yard. Would definitely return
