A second bathroom with shower/tub combo ensures convenience for all guests.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while linens and a starter kit of households essentials are provided to make your stay effortless.

Coin-operated shared laundry facility (shared with long term tenants that live upstairs)
Private garage parking for one mid-sized vehicle (additional street parking can be found in surrounding neighborhood.
Walking distance to the beach, harbor, restaurants and shops
