You will have access to the entire house and driveway, except the basement .

Being set in rural Upstate NY nature is right on our doorstep, with all manner of wildlife (large and small) who happen by. While close encounters are rare, occasionally some may even decide you are worth seeing up close. So be mindful of this when booking.

Our water comes from a well and contains minerals including sulfur. While its perfectly safe to drink, you may prefer the taste of bottled water.

We have an exterior camera on the outside of the house for security purposes .

Access details including key pad codes will be provided the morning of check-in. We do not provide these ahead of time for security reasons. We do not offer early check-ins for summer stays corresponding with the baseball tournament schedule. This is due to same-day turnovers and time needed to clean & reset the home.
