I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and we had a magical time! The cabin is beautiful and accommodates many sleeping arrangements. The view from the elevated balcony is truly amazing. I also can’t say enough about how accommodating and communicative the host is! One of my girls left a bag there and Lauren got back to us right away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will be returning every year.

Amazing house! It was clean and spacious with a beautiful porch and view. Check in was smooth with a keypad entry on the door. The living room and kitchen had plenty of space for our group of 14. A larger or second fridge would’ve been nice for the amount of people this place can hold, but we made it work.

Secure family cabin

We selected this property for family coming from four different states to attend a local graduation. The cabin was the perfect amount of room and included a lot of great charm. Very comfortable and everything in great condition. The driveway to the cabin is rustic but worth it when you arrive at the cabin. Location to town and local parks were an easy drive with scenic views. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great secluded cabin

Maybe the best cabin we've stayed in for our yearly trip. Secluded in the woods, but still a short drive to canoes and activities. More amenities (kitchen equipment, bedding and towels) than any cabin we've stayed in. Very easy interactions with owners and easy check in and out.

We had a fabulous time at the Trove of Trees cabin! The cabin was very clean, spacious and functional for our group. The patio was large enough for our entire family of 13 to hang out and it was close to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of great memories created!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at Mohican Gardens this weekend. Absolutely spectacular home in gorgeous setting. The house was beautiful and so relaxing. Very accommodating for large group, beautiful deck and great space, well organized comfortable rooms and it had everything one could possibly need. Highly recommend for a large gathering in a beautiful place.

This place was amazing, I was shocked by how nice and well stocked this cabin was. Our group loved the back patio and fire pit. The place is off the beaten path in a private location while being just a 5 minute drive to Pleasant Hill Lake. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an outdoor escape!

A great weekend

This was our second summer staying at Trove of Trees and we had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, clean, and everything we were looking for. We experienced bad storms during our stay and the owners reached out as soon as they started to check in and see if there was anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in the woods

This was the perfect place for a friends get away in the woods. The cabin was so clean and spacious for all 9 of us. The patio was so nice with beautiful outdoor furniture for relaxing at nice. The extra propane tanks were great as well for the fire pits. All the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable as well for being a rental property. It was a little difficult to find tucked back in the woods but it made for a nice experience. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway for peace and tranquility.

Beautiful cabin, perfect place to getaway from everyday life. Had difficulty time finding the place but with a prompt text we were there in no time, greatly appreciated. Cabin was super clean and fully equipped with everything one would need. Only negative thing was the patio was a bit dirty. My husband and I had a memorable 3 night stay, highly recommended for an escape for crazy busy day to day life.

The property and cabin were very nice. We did have issues getting to it because of the snow. Very disappointed that we were not allowed to use the fireplaces. I wish we would have been told that ahead of time.

Family Getaway July 2023

The Trove of Trees Cabin exceeded our expectations. The cabin was clean and spacious enough for our group of 13; parents, kids and grandkids. We loved spending time on the back deck and sitting around the campfire making and eating s’mores. We enjoyed walking on the trails in the woods. Check in and check out was easy.The well stocked kitchen and other amenities added to our great experience. Our host, Leanne, was attentive to our needs. I would recommend this property. Debbie L

Not good in winter

Our children, grandchildren were the first ones to arrive. They did not have a 4wheel drive vehicle. There were 2 8yr olds and our daughter who had very difficult health issues. We had NO idea they would be forced to walk 1/2mile in snow, mud and hills with all their luggage. They talked to owners about the situation but got No offer to help in any way. Then, having a fireplace that can't be used in the winter is poor taste considering the high cost of this rental. We ended up at an ER with our daughter by the time we got home. I could add to the list, but won't....what the point now. We will not see you again.

We love being outdoors, going hiking, having fires and letting our kids explore. We own a furniture store in Columbus, OH called Trove Warehouse (hence the name for the cabin).
