This is a wonderful property. Lots of community space and also private bedrooms and bathrooms. The grill area with hot tub was lovely and the location was the best in Grand Lake. There were a couple of hiccups as the new property managers had just taken over. They were super responsive and attended to us immediately. Would 100% stay here again.

Outstanding Mountain Retreat

This is exactly what a VRBO rental should be! Priced fairly, tons of character to this cabin, good kitchen appliances, no surveillance and great space for a families to build memories in the mountains. It’s been awhile since I’ve had a positive VRBO experience. This is exactly what VRBO used to be and nice to see a few properties around like this. We will be back!!!

It was a great location and enough room for our group. We enjoyed walking into town and the lake. The hot tub was a great bonus and bird watching was fun.The home was clean and the kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfasts, lunches and dinner.
