With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main floor features a spacious king en-suite bedroom, ideal for those who prefer single-level living. Upstairs, you’ll find a second en-suite queen bedroom and an additional queen bedroom. Two cozy twin bedrooms—one on the first floor and one on the third floor—are perfect for children or solo travelers. A shared bathroom on the second floor serves the queen bedroom and both twin rooms.

The first floor has a warm and functional layout: a cozy sitting room at the front flows into a generous dining area, an inviting TV/family room, and a kitchen at the back of the house. From the kitchen or dining room, step out to the private backyard patio, ideal for relaxing or firing up the BBQ grill after a beach day. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

Location was ideal for us. Walking distance to all Edgartown has to offer, close to bike paths, and easy drive to everywhere. The house was fabulous, well stocked with everything we needed, except for a glitch with the oven, and I became very attached to the house, beautiful back yard with awesome grill, and outdoor shower. Thanks to Jen, who was a great host and very responsive. We couldn't have been happier!

Location, location, location

Do not hesitate to choose this property for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The house is immaculate, roomy, and well appointed. The restaurants and shops are a pleasant stroll away, and it’s a short walk to the bus stop (Bonus: All VTA bus rides are free through September!). The property manager met us at the house to check in and show us around, and she couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.

My friends and I had a wonderful time! Prime location, walkable to restaurants and shops. The home was beautiful and perfect for a large group. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. The welcome package was such a nice touch! Plenty of towels and beach chairs. The owner was so accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the Fourth of July!

Our stay in Martha’s Vineyard was a great time! One of the best parts was our stay here in this great property. House was fully furnished, comfortable and inviting, and well equipped and stocked with all of our needs. The welcome coffee & treats were most appreciated. One suggestion- it’s a great house for couples to vacation in, so another king bed upstairs would be an asset. FYI - the primary king is very comfy but with the slightest move while sleeping it is very noisy - might need tightening?? Overall a great stay! Thank you Jen for being a wonderful host!!
