If you are a fan of sunrises, this is the place to stay. The location is wonderful and has easy access to shops, eateries and the adorable gingerbread houses.

The location was great right across from the beach. Not too far a walk from the ferry terminal and Circuit Ave but also along the transit bus line. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed.

I absolutely LOVED staying here! Nothing beats waking up in the morning to the beautiful views of the Inkwell, the Polar Bears, and the sun reflecting off of the water. If I ever need a place to stay for a quick trip to the Vineyard, I will absolutely look here FIRST. I can't emphasize how amazing the stay was! Thank you!

We had the best girls weekend here! The space was perfect size for us. Great spaces for sitting and chatting, both inside and on the balcony. The location was perfect, right across from the ocean waves and shells on the beach. Walking distance to town and easy access to biking. It had everything we needed.

Great condo. Perfect location.

This was our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard. Jennifer’s condo is very comfortable, clean and she has taken care to outfit it with all the things you need for a short stay. Her communication is great and we loved the location of being right at the ocean for those early morning swims and evening rests in the balcony.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved the balcony and the amazing ocean views. It was nice to have the beach chairs available.
