This house is really great for a larger group! We had an exceptional time with lots of room indoors and outdoors to gather, while also having some space for privacy. The kitchen was very well appointed, and the backyard patio was just lovely. There’s a second kitchen and living space upstairs that was great for folks on different schedules. Recommend!

Great location, spacious welcoming house, attentive host. Perfect for a family reunion: grandchildren, grandparents, parents, friends, and the dog. Would come here again.

House was prepared well and had lots of kitchen equipment for cooking. Really liked having a small kitchenette upstairs and a full kitchen down stairs. Unfortunately, the outside trash bins were full & we were unable to dump our trash as requested. The rental fee is extremely high as well. We all seemed to like the location, but parking is very limited on the street.

Overall, this place was great & I would stay here again hands down. Location! Location! Location! The listing is accurate. You will be able to walk just about everywhere. We walked downtown, to the boardwalk and to the beach. The yard was perfect for my fur babies and the size was great for the 11 of us. We had 4 generations in the home. I do have some suggestions that caused me to not give the house 5 stars.1. There is not a lot of common space in the house where everyone could fit comfortably. There is a loft area upstairs that could be considered living space but is inaccessible to those with mobility concerns. When you have a home that sleeps 12 there should be a space all ages can congregate 2. Because the houses are so close together there isnt must of a breeze that comes in the home. You may want to consider a portable fan in every bedroom. 3. The grey couch in the living room should be replaced for something more supportive for an older person. My parents [age 70] could only use the table seating because they could not get up and down off it.4. The pink bathroom window needs a curtain for privacy and a shower mat to prevent slipping and the tub faucet slips making it difficult to turn of the water. With that being said, the hosts were accommodating and helped with parking & responded quickly to any concerns. I would recommend others rent this property.

We were celebrating a 90th and a 50th birthday. The house worked out very well for our family of 11. It was about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It would be good to have hooks in the bathrooms. The host was responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.
