I didn’t have any issues checking in but, I did submit a request to check in early if possible. I was told they would call me as soon as the condo was ready for check in. When I arrived at 4pm I found out the condo had been ready since before noon but no one called to tell me. The only other issue I had was there weren’t any small washcloths there for “in shower” use so I had to buy some. The rest of our stay was absolutely amazing.

Won’t be staying here again.....,

It was a nice room. Mostly clean. But, there was a horrid smell as soon as we walked in the room. I guess the previous occupants had cooked something before leaving. I could not even stay inside when we first got there. Had to go to Walmart for febreese and candles. And the smell still lingered slightly the rest of the stay. One of the workers brought some Lysol spray but it did not help. The master bedroom toilet was also clogged when we got there. We had to wait till the next day for maintenance to fix it. It was fixed temporarily and started flooding again had to wait through another night for maintenance to come back and fix it again. Will not be staying here again.
