The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure that all bagged trash is placed in the large trash can located off the back porch.
We appreciate you leaving the kitchen as you found it.
If you had a pet, please ensure you have cleaned up after it (both inside and outside), using the provided scooper and bags or pet towels as needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am new to hosting and loving getting to provide a clean and comfortable place for people to stay and make memories. I don't often get to mingle with the guests but I love when they sign our guest book and leave some details of their trip and what they enjoyed about their stay.

Quiet and private.
What makes this property unique
We are located at the end of a private road. The property is large enough to spread out and relax. There are also many hiking trails near by. You can sit on the covered front deck to relax and listen to the near by creek or use the back covered area to socialize and BBQ/Grill or play games. We have stocked plenty of games and movies in the house and also have basic TV available along with a streaming stick that you can use to access your paid services.
