BEDROOMS
This family-friendly Franklin home features 5 comfortable bedrooms — 4 upstairs and 1 downstairs — ideal for large groups. Three rooms have king beds, one offers a twin + twin XL, and one includes a twin trundle (2 twins). All bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished for rest and relaxation.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy two full bathrooms: one in the upstairs hallway with a tub, and one ensuite in the primary king suite. A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor — great for group stays.

LIVING SPACES
This Downtown Franklin home offers three inviting living areas: two sunlit sitting rooms and a cozy bonus room with a 75” Smart TV, board games and a play area. The basement includes a fun game lounge with an arcade machine, foosball table, hockey table, ping/pong table and a second 75” TV — perfect for watching sports or gaming.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook at home in the fully stocked modern farmhouse kitchen, complete with a gas stove, cookware, and a coffee bar featuring both a Keurig drip machine and a pod coffee maker. The dining area brings everyone together for meals or planning the day’s adventures.

OUTDOOR SPACE

This place is amazing, perfect location, fully stocked coffee bar, comfortable furniture and bedding, very clean! We stay in the Nashville area quite often and this was our first and definitely not our last, this will be our go to every time! The backyard is also spacious and fenced in for your fur babies! It’s pretty perfect!!!

The property size was perfect for our large family. Everyone had there own space. The place was very clean and provided many of basic items ( shampoo, toilet paper, detergents).
