Perfect house for a large crowd. Lots of room to spread out but still all be together. Great location in town to do so much too. The pool is a great touch with kids! Definitely recommend this location.

The Chautauqua Manor was fantastic. The whole family (19 of us) enjoyed the stay as the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Place was great news only down side was the pool was not heated and we didn’t get to use it for the first 3 days of our stay due to the pump not running and when we arrived the pool was green other than that great house

Unfortunately, a severe storm shortly before your arrival caused a circuit to trip on the pool equipment. Once we became aware of the problem, emergency service was arranged and repairs were completed during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that you otherwise enjoyed the property. Thank you!

We hosted a large family gathering--24 people aged 9 to 90. House and grounds were ideal for our event--plenty of room in the great room for everyone to gather, but lots of cozy spaces for smaller groups or individuals. House and property are well equipped and everything was very comfortable and clean. Outdoor spaces -- porches, pool, and grounds -- are ideal for outdoor gathering and enjoyment. Can't say enough about the view from the back porch, with the lake view and amazing sunsets every night. We took took full advantage of the expansive lawn for badminton, croquet, and other reindeer games. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. Our family agreed this was a wonderful spot that we would be glad to rent again.
