Escape to luxury at Villa Abaco, nestled in the picturesque Rose Garden of Cape Coral, Florida. This spacious 5-bedroom villa offers stunning waterfront views and gulf access, making it the perfect choice for families and groups. Enjoy your own private heated pool, where you can bask in the Florida sun and take a refreshing dip. For a little friendly competition, the property also features a pool billiard table, Jacuzzi, kayaks, and table tennis. With something for everyone, it`s the ultimate vacation destination.

Please note, access to the boat dock and lift is only available to guests who have rented a boat from Cape Coral Charterboats. In addition, a minimal electricity fee of $ 0.20 / kwh is charged - the average consumption is approximately $20.00 / day.

We have a strict minimum age requirement of 25 and require the responsible party to be present during the entire stay. Valid identification is also required for all bookings. Please also note that we do not allow pets on the property.

Furthermore, we kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking on the premises. An extra charge of $300.00 will be applied if any signs of smoking are found.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a basic set of consumables such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and detergent. Please note that a full propane tank for the grill is not supplied.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

Host cancelled and refused refund

One week before our stay the host notified me that our stay was cancelled due to hurricane damage and refused to give us any of our money back. We paid the full amount up front and he would not give us any of our money back because he didn’t “have” to. He was a jerk to communicate with and I wouldn’t recommend renting from him ever.

Our stay at this Cape Coral home was nothing short of incredible — truly the perfect place for a large group getaway.From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The layout is ideal for groups — whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.The outdoor space was hands-down our favorite part. The pool area felt like a private resort — we spent most of our time lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. The seating areas made it easy to hang out as a group, whether it was morning coffee by the water or evening drinks at sunset.The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking group meals, and the dining area easily accommodated all of us, which made dinners together feel special. Everything in the home was well-maintained and clearly cared for, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.Location-wise, it was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether we were heading to the beach, grabbing groceries, or going out for dinner, everything was convenient.If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral that can comfortably host a large group while still feeling elevated and relaxing, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend
