Welcome to your perfect Whananaki escape — a relaxed, family-friendly retreat right on the estuary, just 100 m from the iconic Whananaki Footbridge and local shop offering great coffee and takeaway meals. With room for up to 13 guests (or more on request) this property offers the ideal mix of comfort, space, and adventure.

Wake to birdsong and water views, launch your kayak straight from the backyard, or wander down to the boat ramp only 700 m away. After a day of swimming, fishing, or floundering, enjoy an outdoor shower, smoke your fresh catch, and relax with a BBQ and a game of pool or darts.

The main home features three king-size bedrooms (one with ensuite), plus a bunk room with one single-over-single and one single-over-double bunk. There’s also a self-contained granny flat with a queen-size bed — perfect for extended family or friends, connected through the bright, sun-filled conservatory.

Enjoy a modern main bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, bathtub and separate toilet.
Unwind in plenty of open space indoors and out. The large flat yard provides ample room for tents, camping, or parking your cars and boat.

Te Araroa Trail passes along the edge of the property — making it a dream location for walkers and explorers.
