This spacious and comfortable holiday home is superbly located in walking access to the estuary below and over the idyllic and peaceful holiday township of Ngunguru, gateway to the Tutukaka Coast.

Please read for more details of your holiday bach! Comfortably sleeping 8 persons, the house is split-level, with two bedrooms upstairs – each with a queen bed (one has its own access to the balcony), and one bedroom downstairs – with a double bed and set of bunks.
Please note** steps to downstairs are a little unusual in design and may not be suitable for people unsteady on their feet or for very young children.
Stairs also not gated for very small children.
Families or small groups of friends can relax and enjoy the convenience of two living areas, two bathrooms, sun-drenched balcony and section with room to move.
No Wi-fi at the home, however there is reception to use your own data.
Guests have full access to the house during their stay.

Bring your boat – there is plenty of room to park it at River View or take advantage of the local fishing or diving tours operating from Tutukaka.
The minimum stay of 2 nights except during statutory holidays or Peak/High Peak seasons when min. stay increases.
A pet fee of $65.00 per pet is payable and is non refundable.
Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave.
Linen is included with your booking.
The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.
If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.
Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.

After your departure the Holiday Manager will inspect the property to make sure it was left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, and that there was no damage to any items or the property itself.
Please ensure your rubbish and recycling was removed, dishes cleaned and put away and that if there is a bbq, that it was left clean, as these items are not included in any cleaning fee you may have paid. Once the property has been inspected and we were happy with how it was found then the bond will be refunded after your departure date. If anything needs to be deducted from your bond we will let you know accordingly.
