House with 244m2 of built area on a plot of 1. 100m2 with lawn, pool and barbecue, in a closed condominium, with 24h doorman, intercom, wi-fi, cable tv, air conditioning and a lot of tranquility.
Located on the second street of the Enseada Praia da Espera condominium (4 minutes walk to the beach) in Itacimirim, on the north coast of Bahia.
TAMAR project in Praia do Forte 15 minutes, Guarajuba beaches 10 minutes, Rio Pojuca and Sapiranga reserve 6 minutes.
Quiet place ideal for rest but with access to the busiest beaches in the region.
Supermarkets 10 minutes by car (G Barbosa de Guarajuba, Ideal do Praia do Forte)
Seafood restaurants in Itacimirim are accessible on foot.

Boa opção de hospedagem na região de Itacimirim

A casa é boa, bastante espaçosa, acomoda confortavelmente 10 pessoas. São 4 quartos (sendo 01 suite), todos com ar condicionado e ventilador de teto. Unico ponto a ser observado é que, além do banheiro da suíte, a casa só tem um banheiro social, então pra quem pretende alugar com muita gente isso pode ser um problema...no meu caso não foi. Até tem um banheiro de serviço (que não tem a mesma estrutura dos outros) e um lavabo. A hospedagem tem muitos itens disponíveis. A unica coisa que sentimos falta foi de um micro-ondas, mas sobrevivemos sem ele. A localização é boa, em um condomínio muito bom, bem proximo à praia (da pra ir a pé) com casas separadas o que nos trouxe muita privacidade. O anfitrião Valerio é muito cordial, prestativo e ao nos receber explicou tudo sobre a casa.
