The property was cozy and well equipped. It is very centrally located close to Pearl and the river walk with driveway parking. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and the central AC struggles to cool it. The host provides portable AC units which do work but add to the noise of the property by venting outside which is on a busy street. Earplugs and a white noise machine were provided. This would not be an issue for a stay not in peak hot weather. The bedding and baths were great. The kitchen had everything necessary for the breakfasts and lunches we prepared. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall the house was fine. The kitchen was pretty bare bones with a tiny coffee maker. If you have more than two people drinking coffee, you have to make several pots. I assume most people go out for coffee, and that’s why the owners don’t think it’s important. There are limited towels for an extended stay, although there is a washer and dryer. The air conditioner in the upstairs bedrooms are free-standing and vented out through the windows and then taped. I’ve never seen that before. The outside area could have used some cleaning up and it is noisy. So if you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you (they had ear plugs in the bedrooms).The rest of the house was fine. Nothing to complain about or rave about.
