Very nice amenities, nice and quiet. Property needs updating especially the patio and woodwork. Everything was clean except the floors were very dirty.

Great location, quite complex. Very clean condo. Washing machine needs some attention, it was not clean, smelled of mold and had all the black stuff around the rubber seal. Sink fixture in the bathroom was loose and shaking. The heat and cold is also flip flopped.

The condo was nice but slightly over priced. The house keeping didn't clean the floor by the refrigerator so when you opened the door and looked down it was dirty. Also the door keypad the number 5 is failing so it was difficult to unlock the door.
