This 3 bedroom, 2 bath mid-century modern Palm Springs vacation home was originally built in 1969 and has been professionally decorated by Grace Home Furnishings to be a hip Palm Springs escape: Grace Home Furnishings style combines East Coast refinement and Old Hollywood glamour with the comfort and ease of Southern California living.

Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood, this 1,884 sq ft vacation home features resort amenities including a large pool, bubbling spa, Gazebo with lounge area, covered patios with six colorful lounge chairs, gas grill, water features, West-Facing backyard and much more. In addition, two King beds, patios off of guest bedrooms, modern furniture and a sunny interior create the ideal Palm Springs experience.

The spacious master suite features an en suite bath with tile floors, double sink vanity, walk-in shower and spa-like feel. The spacious bedroom has a king bed, 42” TV, large closet, private patio and amazing mountain view.

Guest Bedroom one has a King bed with upholstered headboard, two nightstands with designer lamps, closet with built-in desk and a patio with mountain view.

Guest Bedroom two has a Queen bed with upholstered headboard, two nightstands with designer lamps, 42” TV, closet and a patio with mountain view. The two guest bedrooms share an updated bathroom with walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile.

The main living area of the house is comprised of the large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and spacious backyard with commanding views of the mountains.

The living room is modern, yet comfortable and cozy. A wall of glass, including clerestory windows, lets the morning Palm Springs sunshine in. It also opens the room up to the front courtyard with bubbling fountain. The over-sized couch and swivel chairs can accommodate six in front of a 48'' TV and gas fireplace. The adjacent formal dining room seats six in comfortable and stylish chairs and features both pool and mountain views.

The kitchen is beautifully laid out and well stocked for the gourmet cook. Featuring a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Like every other room in the house, it has a window to the outdoors and overlooks the pool and mountains to the west. In addition to the formal dining room is a kitchen-adjacent breakfast nook with table and seating for four.

This luxurious and stylish Palm Springs vacation home is located in the very desirable neighborhood of Indian Canyons Golf Resort. We loved this house and the hosts! Very easy check in and communication, clean, modern and beautiful decor. Lovely outdoor spaces, amazing view and wonderful neighborhood. My family loved the pool/hot tub and the ease of using it. Usually have to tell host we would like it heated and or there is always an issue of some sort but not this time. Thanks, Kenny & Joshua, for making it easy for us and feeling like we truly were on vacation. We've been to PS many times and this by far was our best stay. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Indian Canyons is one of the best neighborhoods in Palm Springs for quiet walks, bike rides, and nearby hiking trails. This home is on a quiet street. It is clean and very well maintained making for the perfect vacation rental. The private backyard has beautiful with manicured hedges all around (postcard perfect) with a heated pool and jacuzzi. The home is furnished in mid century modern style with comfortable beds and floor to ceiling blackout draperies for sleeping in. There were five of us in our party and we felt very comfortable. Our hosts were great. The management company, Dry Heat Resorts, are top notch. Communicative during the reservation process all the way to checkout. We would rent this home over and over again.

Beautifully appointed home with all the amenities. Mid-century vibes were on point for our holiday stay. Check in and check out was one of the easiest we’ve had. Kenny and John were wonderful to work with. Pool and hot tub were both heated, clean and so relaxing. Backyard was beautiful! Great layout for our family of 4. Gorgeous property! Loved it!

My husband and I booked this house in mid-July for a couple of weeks. It was fantastic! The house is beautifully appointed, and the backyard with its amazing views, beautiful landscaping, and lovely pool makes for a truly outstanding oasis. The house is in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would 100% be thrilled to stay here again. Dry Heat Resorts’ property manager Kenny provided excellent communication, and an easy check in. Hands down the best property management company we’ve dealt with in Palm Springs.

A cool week in a hot town

Our week+ in this classic Palm Springs house was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The weather was hot, the pool was cool, and there were no distractions as we took some time to relax after an intense few months at work. Lots of swimming, reading and napping, plus a hike in Joshua Tree and some lunches/dinners in town. The house was exactly as it appears in the pictures, with zero reasons for us to complain. We only needed the one bedroom, but I could easily see a family or two couples feeling perfectly at home here too. We've rented several PS homes over the past few years, and this is my favorite. We'll be back next year.

All was great.

From top to bottom, side to side, the only thing that left any room for improvement was the bed pillows. Lots of them but lumpy and a bit aged but 100% clean and fresh. Being in the hotel biz, I would reach out to Standard Textile Home and check out their King Chamberloft hybrid pillows. I buy them for hotels. Durable, affordable, and guests tend to love them and ask when they come from. Chris the property manager couldn’t have been more efficient, engaging, and easy.

A few issues

First two weeks of our 3 week stay were great - quiet location, nicely heated pool and well appointed home. Unfortunately, we did not have quiet enjoyment of the outdoor space for the last week with a work crew doing repair and maintenance on the multi-unit complex over the fence that involved a loud compressor and some issues with the spa that required pool maintenance personnel coming and going in the backyard to make it functional. John was great to deal with so it was unfortunate the last week ended as it did.

This is an excellent rental in a great location. It is a quick Uber ride from downtown, and a 15 minute or so walk from a trail head. Within 45 minutes you can be looking down on the whole of Palm Springs - with excellent walks on into the mountations. House is very equipped with excellent facilities: the pool is great and a really pleasant hot tub. Highly recommended.

Great Palm Springs house!

Had a great stay at this Palm Springs house! I come to Palm Springs every year and this is one of the best houses I have stayed in. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen with pots and pans and bowls of all sizes. The gas grill in the backyard was also well located near the kitchen and had all the grilling tools needed. The pool was a good size and depth and there were plenty of pool chairs to lay on. The best part was there was a mix of sunny and shady parts in the back yard. The front door had an additional gate that made the property feel secure and they neighborhood was quiet and close still to grocery stores. The garage and laundry were a plus for a week-long trip in the middle of summer. Would definitely stay again!
