BEWARE: if you book this and there has been any amount of rain DO NOT stay the King Room in the Basement carpeting was soaked and squishy. They had a dehumidifier and fans running, This house has a foundation issue and we were told a guest left the window open, 100% NOT TRUE!! Who knows what kind of spores or mold that is growing in the carpet pad! For allOf our inconvenience and sleeping in a double bed instead of a King we were given a 200 reimbursement which in a break down of the price hikes that take place during graduation weekend in Bloomington was a 1.67% refund WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Also VRBO Support was of zeroHelp and actually closed our case without further discussion.

We’re sorry your stay did not meet expectations. After this was brought to our attention, we promptly scheduled contractors to address the issue. The amount of water present did not constitute a safety concern, and immediate remediation measures were taken, including the use of three high-powered fans to keep air circulating along with two dehumidifiers to fully dry the area. We understand graduation weekend is an especially important and high-demand time to visit Bloomington, and we regret that the experience left you dissatisfied despite our efforts to resolve the matter during your stay. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to ensure every guest has a comfortable experience.
