It is a canal-front condo with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, accommodating 6 people. The Master Suite has a Queen bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private door leading to the furnished, covered deck where you'll enjoy wonderful views of the sound, canal, and docks. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have Queen beds and share a hall bathroom. Amenities include two mounted flat-screen TVs, high speed WiFi, Coffee Pot and Keurig machine, a furnished deck with seating for 4 people, and an outside shower on the ground floor of the building. Your rental comes with non-covered parking for 2 vehicles and a 25' boat slip which is located just across the street at Rudder Canal #73. Parking for boat/jet-ski trailer is available off site for a fee. Enjoy the community amenities such as the community pool, which includes a hot tub, kiddie pool, and snack bar, the fitness center, athletic courts, playground and four miles of lighted docks along the canals. There is also a small beach area in the community called the Peninsula. And speaking of the beach, the ocean is just a short 7 minute drive. This is an elevator building, making move-in & out a breeze! The condo does not allow smoking or pets.
