Property was clean and tidy, had all that we needed for our stay. However, the room smelled like body odor as if someone left wet shoes or wet gym clothes lying around. We opened the balcony doors for about an hour and it seemed to help the smell. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really liked the view from the balcony.

Great couple getaway

Everything was perfect with the property with the exception of the shower. The shower didn’t drain properly and was difficult to operate. However, everything else was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location to the beach was perfect. It was perfect for a couple.

Great beach break

Check in could have gone better (It was after 4 and we arrived at 12) We were allowed to park and access beach which was nice. The unit and property was well maintained and met expectations in general. One issue was the only bedroom was located adjacent to the entrance hallway and at night there was a very bright light very near a hallway window. Not a great place for a window, especially with no blackout shade or curtains.

Clean and comfortable.

The furniture was a little dated, but clean and well maintained. The only issue was a window that faced the foyer outside the bedroom. The light in the foyer came through the window even though there were blinds and insulated drapes on the window. We threw an extra blanket over the rod.

Huntsville AL Family Spring Break 2018

Booked online through VRBO. This unit is at the Phoenix IV and managed by Brett Robinson. We really enjoyed this unit, which was located directly on the beach. Stunning view!!! It is your standard "beachy" furnished unit and very comfortable for three adults. We got in around 1:30am Saturday morning and had to go next door to check in. The staff was very "southern" friendly and professional. The unit was clean and we had no issues with the condo during our stay. We have been coming to the Gulf Coast for over 25 years and typically no longer go through VRBO because the fees can add as much as 30-40% to the overall price, but for this unit, the fees were minimal and I think we received a good deal. All the staff of the Phoenix/Brett Robinson properties did an outstanding job keeping the area clean and ensuring all renters were able to enjoy the amenities. I also give props to the OBPD for keeping the beaches free of spring break partiers and the rowdiness that goes along with it. This allows EVERYONE on the beach to enjoy their time. The Phoenix/Brett Robinson staff were out there on the grounds early every morning to ensure the pool was ready to go and trash was emptied, they worked very hard and were very helpful. The gym was really nice too, we worked out a couple days during our stay. The weather was fantastic, even perfect the first couple of days but then the fog rolled in but that was OK, we were at the beach :) My family absolutely loves Orange Beach but the traffic congestion and construction was frustrating and the new traffic patterns are very confusing, I guess that's what you would call "growing pains!" All in all, I would definitely stay again at any of the Phoenix/Brett Robinson managed properties and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for making our short family trip so wonderful!
