Welcome to IdaBlu, a floating home located in the quaint town of Bayview, Idaho. This floating paradise sits on the front dock overlooking breathtaking views of Lake Pend Oreille and the surrounding mountains. Experience all North Idaho has to offer with Farragut State Park within 1 mile that offers hiking trails, disc golf, lakefront beach area, biking, children activities and more! Silverwood Theme Park is 12 miles away with over 70 rides to choose from. Lake attractions include boat rental, fishing charters, swimming in clear mountain water, and the convenience of the boat launch within site, if you choose to bring your own boat. Relax on the front floating dock with everything you need to feel at home with lounge chairs, dining table, and a propane grill to cook your lunch or dinner with a view. The main floor offers a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and an open concept living and dining area with unmatched views of the water. Upstairs you will find spacious master suite with views of the water and mountains right from the king sized bed along with a half bath and balcony overlooking it all. There are also two additional bedrooms upstairs for whoever is coming along. This floating home is located at the end of the dock offering more privacy compared to the others in the marina. Walk to one of the local restaurants throughout the town. This home is a perfect place relax, unwind and explore. The owners visited here and fell in love to the point where they purchased the place so they could share the same feeling they had with future guests. Starlink Internet is provided
Boat tie-ups are available off of the deck (must rent separately from Scenic Bay Marina), but please keep in mind that the owner's boat will be on-site in their private slip, so we ask you not to go on their boat.
Parking is $5 per day payable to Scenic Bay Marina

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all dishes are either clean or in the dishwasher getting cleaned
Bring all trash out to dumpster in the parking lot
Have a safe trip home! Thank you for staying at IdaBlu.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets. No feminine products, wipes, paper towels, etc. The sewage systems in float homes are very sensitive!
There's a black collapsible cart in the closet you can for your personal items! You can use the marina carts, but please make sure to put them back.
Please do not walk on the sides of the home (maintenance access only). Additional propane tank located in boat garage if needed.

This property is a wonderful place to bring your family for a lake get away. It’s comfortable, and being able to swim right from the house is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with all you need! We will definitely be back!
