About this property
Kid-Friendly Gorgeous 3Bed, 2Bath Desert House
Nestled in the heart of the always quiet town of Borrego Springs, this charming home strikes a perfect balance between easy access to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park and awe-inspiring mountain panoramas. Your days here can be filled with adventure: stroll the community’s scenic paths, marvel at the whimsical sculptures in Galleta Meadows, perfect your golf game at Rams Hill Golf Club, trek through the vast Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, or explore California's desert eateries and boutiques.
The space
When the desert heat beckons you indoors and you are done hiking or using the amenities (gym, hot tub, pool, serenity massages, etc. ) of the nearby Borrego Springs Resort and Spa hotel, the home’s roomy interior welcomes you. You can kick back on the cozy, oversized couch in the living area, streaming your favorite series. The modern kitchen, with its shiny countertops, top-notch stainless steel appliances, and clever tools, makes cooking a joy. Savor meals at the rustic indoor dining table or step out to the veranda, where fairy lights create a magical ambiance for al fresco dining. The primary bedroom is your personal sanctuary, complete with a spacious TV, generous walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are just as inviting, dressed in soft bedding and tasteful touches. Added bonuses include a private washer/dryer and refreshing central air-conditioning. As night falls, venture outside to gaze at the dazzling Milky Way, a frequent spectacle in the clear desert sky. Gather with friends or family around the firepit, swapping stories and cherishing moments under the starlit canopy.

This home is not a random investment property owned by a hedge fund company but our family's personal second home that we've owned and cherished for years. We have now decided to share it with other families and adventurers, and we hope you will create as many unforgettable memories there as we've had over the years.

About the host
Hosted by Emil Bachev

I run a technology PR agency located in Newport Beach, CA. My lovely wife manages the accounting team of a high-profile healthcare company headquartered in Southern California. We travel with our two sons. We are EU/UK/US nationals living in South Orange County, California, USA.
Why they chose this property
This home is not a random investment property owned by a hedge fund company but our family's personal second home that we've owned and cherished for years. We have now decided to share it with other families and adventurers, and we hope you will create as many unforgettable memories there as we've had over the years.
What makes this property unique
We've been going to this house for years with our two sons, born before the pandemic. Over the years, we've perfected our second home to be just perfect for families with children. There are plenty of toys for kids to explore, as well as books, a telescope, a gaming console, etc.
