Villa Terraza is a spacious Gulf access pool home located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. The home features 4 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The floor plan is the very popular open living concept where Living, Dining and Kitchen are combined to make one large space. On stepping through the front double door entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the open layout. The first space to greet you is the main living area which has been comfortably furnished with leather sofas plus cable TV for family enjoyment.

Overlooking the living area is the open plan kitchen. There is also a casual dining area to complete the main open plan living space. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, flat screen cable TV and private Master Bathroom. The Master Suite also enjoys sliding doors to the pool area. A further 3 guest bedrooms on the other side of the home each feature a queen size bed or twin beds. There is also a guest bathroom located on the other side of the home for guests' use with pool side access door for added convenience.

Stepping outside of the home through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the stunning south facing private pool deck area with electrically heated pool. The deck is extremely generous in size and offers multiple areas for sunbathing, dining and sitting quietly in the sunshine. There is outdoor seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining. With outdoor waterfront living and relaxation so high on the priority list in sunny Cape Coral, the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. The landscaped grounds and private boat dock area are the finishing touch to your own piece of paradise that Florida is famous for.

Outdoor area was great, south facing, over sized with a lovely warm pool. Bedrooms were ok with comfortable beds, however bathrooms and kitchen need a serious makeover.

Nice home with great pool

We had a great week at this home. We had a few questions the first night we were there but the management team was really quick to respond to all our questions. The pool was amazing all week for our family. We spent so much time in the pool and on the back dock. My only down fall was the out door lighting. The pool area could use some more lighting at night.

Amazing Property!

I have rented a few properties but this one was by far the easiest and most responsive. Keely was amazing to deal with and so pleasant. Only had one request while at the home and that was to heat the pool up a little for my elderly Mom. I sent a message and within 20 min. she had contacted the owner who was able to do it remotely. Can't say enough nice things about the whole process. Thank you again for everything we will be back!

Awesome home made for a great time!

This house was absolutely wonderful! We had a group with 2 kids ages 2 and 5. The screened in pool was the best part with a heater that made it so warm and relaxing. The pool also has a shallow wading area that was perfect for the kids to sit and splash around in. The house was spacious and well equipped with little necessities that you don’t think about such as all kinds of spices, coffee filters, lighter, etc...they provided a good starter amount of paper towel, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent and hand soap. Plenty of toys and floaties for the pool, chairs and toys for the beach, bath/beach towels, bicycles, rolling cart, and fishing rods! Super easy check in and out with combination right at the entry.

Everything was as exactly listed. Property manager was attentive to my emails even when she was on her own personal vacation. My family enjoyed much needed pool and relaxing. It was cool to know the owner is a fellow Hoosier..I would like to make a suggestion of putting a guest book in the house for renters to be able to leave they’re experiences for other renters plus it’s a nice thing for the owner to read when he visits. My only complaint would be the thermostat having scheduled temps set during someone’s stay. It really sucked waking up sweating and it being 80 degrees in the house. But overall I’d choose this house and the management team again.

The AC should be control-able by the guest with no set programs. I asked them about the AC & to check if there were any rogue programs in the system that could adjust the temperature. They did find a random night setting which should not have been there. This has now been removed so AC works as per guest settings and as they want to set it

Perfect Family Home

We really enjoyed the home overall. The pool was amazing, and we spent a great deal of time out there. Bonus was the doors opening up from the house to the lanai, as well as access from the bathroom to the lanai. It would have been great if there were TV's in the 2 bedrooms for late night movie watching, but it definitely was not a deal breaker. The master bedroom tv worked for one night then the remainder of our stay it did not. There were so many remotes for the tv's it was difficult to get things going, so a guide would be beneficial. There were a few things in the home that I feel should have more attention spent when cleaning and preparing for the next guests. Several lights were burnt out, the carpet between the walls and floor are quiet dirty and need to be cleaned. Some updating in the kitchen would be nice as well as the master bedroom/bath. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home. The bikes, pool toys, beach chairs, fishing poles, shrimp pot, access to the canal ect. were a MAJOR BONUS and we are so thankful those things were there for use. Thank You!!

Wunderschöne Lage, leider nicht sauber.

Die Lage ist ein Traum und der beheizte Pool und Außenbereich sehr schön. Deshalb hatten wir auch einen schönen Aufenthalt. Im Haus darf man leider nicht genau hinsehen. Die Fenster wurden seit langer Zeit nicht mehr geputzt, von innen waren soviel Spinnweben und Dreck an ihnen. Wasserhähne klemmten, in Wänden waren Löcher und das Geschirr, welches wir nutzen musste erstmal von alten Essensresten befreit werden. Die Waschmaschine hat leider einige unserer Klamotten versaut, Ich denke, dass noch Bleichmittelreste in ihr waren und somit haben unsere schwarzen Shirts jetzt an einigen Stellen Bleichflecken. Die Kleiderschränke waren leider nicht nutzbar, da lauter Sachen in ihnen lagen. Kommunikation, Einchecken mit Türcode, WLAN Code etc… hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

The pool was the best part of this home. .

Privacy was great in this quiet neighborhood. Beds were good- bedding bad. Major appliances worked well. Some of the furnishings were updated and nice. A few things needed work- kitchen needs editing, lighting is poor in main areas, master fan makes too much noise to use, master bath needs work, master closet light works some times. Nice to have use of garage. Bikes needed work. Pool was fantastic. Location was good. All in all, we had a great time.

Quiet relaxing vacation

Great vacation home in quiet residential neighborhood. This home has lots of small details and well equipped kitchen so that all you have to do is enjoy the family and supply food. The kids really enjoyed the pool area . Over all this was one of the best family trips from the beginning process to check out.

Wonderful stay

Overall our stay was wonderful. Large enough space to accommodate 4 adults and 3 kids plus family that came by to visit. Loved being able to fish in the canal out back, pool was refreshing, well landscaped.
