Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beach themed property located in the center of Dewey Beach. Views of the Bay and one short block walk to the beach. Large living area/kitchen with a front porch deck and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy a front balcony that with views of the Bay. The rental includes 3 parking spots - one covered and two parking passes for outdoor parking in Dewey Beach. Everything in Dewey only a short walk away! A dock is available at the end of the street with kayak and paddle board rentals. Come enjoy Dewey Beach - A Way of Life!
Please note - all guests are required to bring their own linens and towels. The bed sizes are as follows:
Master: Queen
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen
Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, both Double/Full sized
Living Room: Pull out couch Queen Sleeper
Please note - from Memorial to Labor Day, Saturday checkouts include a weekend breakup surcharge.
