Belle Maison’s ground level provides a large covered bar, outdoor kitchen and grill area on one side and a beautiful dining space on the other. The private pool, hot tub, lounging areas and gardens are all gated and make up the remainder of the lower space with your own private path to the beach.
The interior of this property must be seen to be truly appreciated. The beautiful entry foyer is open and airy with an incredible three story spiral staircase leading to the rest of this well appointed home. The living room and dining rooms are side by side and each has a large set of sliding doors to provide an unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf waves rolling in. The kitchen has two large bars and is appointed with the finest high end appliances. An elevator serves all three floors and the entire property is easily accessible for those with special needs.
This home is located midway between Clearwater Beach and Saint Petersburg Beach in the quiet town of Indian Rocks Beach. Its soft sandy beaches are considered some of the best in the country.
