Amazing Rangeley lakefront family compound! 480 feet of private shorefront!
If you are looking to go to an amazing spot this summer, we will be offering our antique Rangeley lakefront family compound retreat for the first time. This very private, and rustic camp rests on 4 acres, with 480 feet of shore front on pristine Rangeley Lake, featuring it's own private beach, private boat ramp, oversized floating dock, a level lawn area, a screen house with a picnic table, grill, and refrigerator, and a patio with plenty of outdoor seating and fire pit. The main camp has all the comforts of home, with the exception of television, has a fully renovated kitchen, dining room, sitting area, comfortable living room, mudroom, pantry, coffee bar, a renovated 3/4 bath, a screened front porch, overlooking the lake, and a small, sun filled, waterfront bedroom with a double bed. The incredibly quaint boat house cabin is nestled in nature and sits directly on the water, featuring the tranquil sound of the rippling water from its lakeside end screened window, a double bed, 3/4 bath, with only a 5 gallon water heater-so it's a sailer's shower! The bunk house has a full bath, with a simple tub and shower, a girls room with three twin bunks, a boys room with 4 twin bunks and one full bed. This multiple camp property will sleep 13 in beds. There is an additional camp that will not be rented at this time, and a garage that we plan to rebuild soon. There is plenty of parking at the top of the long driveway, or at the bottom, near all of the camps. Bring your boat and launch it directly from our boat ramp, or borrow our paddle board, or kayaks for outdoor exploration. With 3 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. Rangeley is an outdoor paradise located in the Western mountains of Maine, and famous for fly fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, boating, swimming, hunting, birding, and hiking the Appalachian Trail which goes right through it. There are many beautiful, natural places to see and hike while staying! Enjoy direct lakefront downtown dock access to Main St. where you will find restaurants and shops. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our compound.
