Seal Beach Suite – Cozy & Private Stay
NOTE: IMPORTANT: This property is NOT ADA accessible—do NOT book if anyone in your party uses a wheelchair, walker, or mobility aid. The Seal Beach Suite offers approximately 195 sq. ft. of comfortable, well-designed space featuring a private kitchenette with refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker, and TV.
Main Kitchen Access:
The Kone2HBPad building also includes a full main kitchen with a range/oven, a large refrigerator, a dining table, a coffee maker, and an air fryer. Use is available upon advance request for a small daily fee.
Bathroom:
Until the end of April 2026, the suite uses a hallway bathroom shared with one other suite. Exclusive use may be available upon request for a small additional fee.

One of our favorite things about the neighborhood is the friendly local atmosphere and nearby park, where many people enjoy walking, relaxing, or spending time with their pets. It’s a great place to experience Southern California coastal living while staying in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
