The space
Perfect location for business travelers, friends or a couple looking to have a fun time in downtown Cincinnati. Stay at a spacious 750sqft loft condo in a luxury building festuring 1 room and 1.5 bathrooms, upscale appliances, queen bed and elevator.
Located within walking distance to restaurants, museums, Kroger grocery store, pickleball courts and easy access to the vibrant neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine (also known as OTR).
The building is really well located with easy access to highway I-71/75 & 471. The condo is spacious with tall 10’ ceilings and big windows. There is
400Mbps high speed internet for 4K TV streaming or if you’re working from home. The living room has a 55” Smart TVs for streaming as well as a comfy couch. The kitchen has a Keurig for your coffee needs as well as a dishwasher, and microwave. There is a half bathroom on the hallway with hair dryer included.
The bedroom also has a 55” Smart TV for those nights where you only want to watch some Netflix and relax. Master bathroom has all you might need or might’ve forgotten including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and 100% white cotton towels.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo. There is also a common area on the first floor with a TV and a large kitchen with ice to share some drinks with friends.
Other things to note
Parking is available on the street or at 8th and Sycamore Parking Garage a block away.
Washer and dryer is available in the unit. We provide laundry soap for use during your stay.
