Thank you for visiting our Winter Park condominium website! Our condo has recently undergone extensive renovation, including all new bathrooms, wood plank flooring, and lighting. .

Nestled in the pines, within walking distance of downtown Winter Park, Silverado II has everything you need under one roof. This condominium was recently updated and has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, fireplace, private full bath and 32 inch Smart HDTV, and the second with two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom. The living room has a queen leather sleeper sofa, so the unit can comfortably sleep six.

The condo has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and a main living room with 55 inch Smart HDTV with cable and DVD/VCR, and wooded and mountain views with lots of afternoon sunshine from its three decks. While many resort properties charge $10-15 per day for high-speed, wireless internet access. we are happy to provide this service at no additional charge! After a busy day on the slopes or trails, cozy up to the wood burning fireplace, or relax in the pool, sauna or hot tubs.

It is a short walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. The ski area is only ten minutes away on the free shuttle bus that picks up near the main entrance to the complex. For your convenience, our unit has an individual locker for ski storage, and there is COVERED PARKING, a fitness center, game room, and community coin operated laundry.

For summer adventurers, there is a wide variety of hiking and biking trails nearby and Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive away. Grand County also boasts four championship golf courses within a short drive. Attending a wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch? Consider us as an affordable stay alternative only 10 minutes away.

Ski trip

The room was perfect. Better than the photos. Close to Christy’s to get ski rental and not a long drive from the slopes. Underground parking and easy access to room. Kids loved the pool area. There is access to the lift - ride to the slopes but we drove instead.

Spring Break Trip '24

Overall my stay was wonderful. Brought back memories of when I was a kid growing up, every spring break we would go up to Winter Park for a week to go skiing. Greg was an awesome host, very helping, and very responsive whenever I would email to ask a question. Everything in the room was nice and clean. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to stay at a place up in Winter Park.

Great family stay

This unit was great for families. Two bed, two bath, and ample living quarters. The TVs were smart, the WiFi ample, and there were also board games to play and VHS tapes and DVDs to enjoy. The kids liked the arcade and pool on the property and the shuttle was convenient to get to the hill once we knew the schedule. The building is dated but that's part of its charm. They are in the midst of doing upgrades to common areas. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and thought everything was great. The condo was clean, well kept and the convenience of having an indoor pool and hot tub without having to run outside was great. The kids loved the games and movies the condo had. Everything we needed was available with night lights for the kids, extra blankets and pillows, etc. The shower in the master needs to be looked at as it felt like a fire hose blasting. Other than that, our stay was super comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is great with close proximity to town. The condo hasn't been updated but is very clean and comfortable. It is a wonderful place for the price. There are a variety of games and movies which was a nice surprise and great for those traveling with kids. The one thing I can critique has to do with the building itself. The master bedroom shares a wall with the stairway and it I LOUD with people going up and down. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

So much to love

This was the perfect condo for our ski vacation. Situated halfway between Winter Park (downhill) and Devil's Thumb (cross country). The free covered garage parking is especially nice when the snow hits. Easy to get to town for food (restaurants and Safeway). The unit is especially well stocked with extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. It's nice that each room has its own thermostat. The internet is fast and free. The TV's are smart giving access to Netflix, etc. Note that stairs are required to reach the unit. Greg was a super host, with fast and complete feedback along the way. Would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Great for a ski weekend!

The property was easy to find and nice inside. There were hikes within walking distance and it was such an easy drive to Winter Park ski resort - our kids were excited to sleep in!! The town of winter park is also walking distance away with a nice little market and some fun restaurants.

This property is well maintained by the owner and has everything you need to cook and live comfortably. The outdoor decks face away from the complex and I saw deer two out of three mornings. The couch is comfortable, the TV is huge and the Internet is solid. The Silverado II, although closed for COVID, is still first-class and well-maintained. Communication with the owner worked well. I would definitely book this property again. Thanks!

Winter Park Condo

The condo was perfect. It was so nice having one of The Lift free bus service right outside. We enjoyed the game room, pool , and hot tubs. The folks at the front desk were very helpful when we had questions. The parking garage made it so easy to get going in the morning, no snow or ice to remove. Thanks for sharing with us.

Hello, I'm Greg Byrd from Longmont, Colorado, about 30 miles north of Denver and an hour and 45 minute drive away from Winter Park. I'm a semi retired meteorologist doing international consulting and teaching part-time at CU-Boulder

Why they chose this property

When we first visited, we really fell in love with the Winter Park area. We find Winter Park to be a bit quieter and more laid back than the hustle and bustle of other Colorado ski areas. In addition to the great skiing in the winter, there are numerous summer activities, including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and whitewater rafting nearby. We also enjoy the 4 championship golf courses and Rocky Mountain National Park, all within a half hour drive of our condo.

What makes this property unique

The Silverado II complex is a full service facility, with many amenities all under one roof. There are two hot tubs, a pool, sauna, game and workout rooms, and laundry facilities. During ski season, there is a free shuttle which picks up at the main entrance every half hour for the 10 minute ride up to the Winter Park base area. Our unit features a master bedroom with queen bed, cable TV, private full bath and deck, and the second bedroom has twin beds, private deck and adjacent full bath. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, cable TV/DVD/VCR, a large deck and free wireless internet. The complex also has covered parking which is really nice during the snow season!
