Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We do not have flexibility to offer late check-outs. If you are in the vacation rental after 11:00 AM on your departure day, there will be a charge equal to one night's rent plus tax.
The trash dumpsters are located below the building in the Brighton parking lot. Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub. Keyless codes expire at 11:00 AM Turn off fans. Unplug boot dryer
Any furniture rearranged and not replaced to original placement will be subject to a $25 charge. PLEASE NOTE failure to complete check-out instructions can result in extra cleaning charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This small condo was in a wonderful location and was very welcoming and perfect for our quick overnight stay. Communication with the host was clear and directions were easy to follow. Would happily use this rental again in the future.

Very cozy and clean. It was perfect that the free town shuttle picks up right outside the property. Across the street is a delicious restaurant, Jack Sprat. The instructions to get into the apartment were very precise and easy to follow. My son had fun following them… said he felt like he was on a scavenger hunt. LOL. The accommodations were very nice… comfortable bed, I loved the soft furry throw rug in the living area, and simple, modern, ski themed decor.
