The loft in the apartment has a ladder but it is not recommended that young children or older folks us this loft - it is usable at your own risk. There is a queen size floor mattress located in the loft as an additional sleeping space but the primary bed is a queen size Murphy bed in the main living area. This apartment can sleep four if you are comfortable sleeping on the floor mattress in the loft.
