About this property

Ocean View Studio Downtown Rehoboth Beach

Updated Ocean View studio located on the 5th floor on the North Side of the building. This unit offer a Queen bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is a regular coffeemaker as well as a divider between the bedroom and living area. Unit offers enhanced cable.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens not included. You can rent linens or bring your own. Linens include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
