Located in Broadkill Beach, this newly renovated house is a dream. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king, queen, and 2 bunk beds, guests will feel right at home. The 2 full bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including a hair dryer. With only a 3 minute walk to the beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand! There is also a fenced in backyard and a screened in porch and grill for dining outdoors. The living room offers extra space with a comfy sofa bed for lounging. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything steps away from the beach in Broadkill and our charming house has to offer. This is a brand new FULLY RENOVATED rental.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all used beds and put all used towels and used bed sheets and comforters in the downstairs bathroom by the washer and dryer. Thank you
Please give the house a good sweep and wipe the kitchen counter tops before you leave so it stays nice for years to come! Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bringing a dog without letting us know in advance will result in an extra $75 fee, in addition to the regular $75 pet fee.
This pet fee applies without exception if a dog is brought onto the property without prior approval.

This property is just lovely. Quiet friendly neighborhood with beach access directly across the street. Broadstreet Market is right down the street. The kids enjoyed walking to the market for ice cream. The home has everything you need with a well equipped kitchen.

We had everything that we could've wanted and more during our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully - and, had whatever we needed but forgot to bring! The host was also very attentive and easy to reach! Our family loves this area, so we've been renting around here since we sold our own house in Milton in 2013. Broadkill Beach is a small, quiet community - not one for people looking for exciting nightlife! We are looking for the exact opposite - that's why we continue to return. And, this house is one that we hope to return to very soon! (Two things to know - a flashlight is recommended, especially if you need to take a dog outside after sunset because there aren't a lot of street lights. And, many of the homes this close to the water have stairs - inside or outside. Not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Nothing negative about this house, just wanted to help renters unfamiliar with the area.)

Nearly beautiful home and the owner, Lisa thought of every detail! Plenty of towels, comfortable mattresses, and bedding, beach, paraphernalia, and everything in pristine condition. We had an amazing time with our family (two adults, five kids ages 18 months to 12). We can't wait to come again!

Broadkill beach

The house was clean and neat. Decorated nice.Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach was great. Not overly crowded like so many. Check in was easy and the host responded quickly.

Perfect getaway! House is gorgeously furnished and has everything you need to stay & relax. Our family had a great time! House is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable here. We highly enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven. It is the loveliest home we have spent time in at Broadkill Beach or the surrounding area so far. The rooms are clean and spacious and the hosts thought of everything we may have needed.The walk to the bay/beach was very short so we could spend lots of time out in the sun, enjoying the bay. The outdoor shower was very helpful for keeping the sand out. I hope to spend more time next summer!

Excellent property, host and location! House is beautifully and newly renovated with a tasteful coastal feel, very clean and well stocked with quality towels, bath soaps, cleaning supplies, tvs, WiFi, beach chairs, new AC, gas grill, screened porch, outdoor shower and so much more. Easy check-in, flexible, responsive and helpful hosts. Beach access is really close and visible from the house which is at the end of a very short street that the street home owners take care of. Beach is really pretty, filled with fun sea creatures for the kids to catch and very private even though it’s not a private beach. We also loved the local trails through the protected land around the island. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was amazing. One of the better VRBOs I’ve been to in a while. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Lovely home. The walk to the beach was super easy even with 4 kids in tow. I would definitely stay here again
