Of note, this is a 3rd floor condo and we do not have elevators. If stairs are a problem, this unit may not be best suited for those with mobility problems.

Clean unit, housekeeping every other day with fresh towels. Pool/Beach attendant always staffed with towels available. Beach access just steps beyond the pool with great snorkeling.Restaurant right next door with beach views. Security staffed at night.

The place was very nice and the staff was also very nice. It was convient to have a restaurant on site. We had everything we needed. I do wish that we were made aware of the construction going on next door. It was very noisy with banging, clanging, drilling, sawing and loud men starting very early in the morning. It made it very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony when multiple workers were everywhere staring down. I would have chosen something more private for the cost if I had known

Nice condo with great views. I love the location of Coral Gardens. It is beachfront and located on the bight reef. I have stayed at coral gardens in two different units. I loved this third floor unit in particular for the AMAZING ocean view! The condo is very clean and spacious. It had a small igloo ice chest, two chairs, an umbrella, snorkel and fins available to use. That came in very handy for our afternoon at Taylor Bay! Coral gardens also provides umbrellas, chairs, and towels for guest on the beach. Somewhere cafe is basically on property and is a great lunch spot while hanging out at the beach! There is construction going on next door, but it can not be heard from the beach or inside the condo. Could hear a little noise off and on in the morning if I was sitting outside. I do think the construction is almost finished and it seems to mostly be finish out on the inside of units.

I don’t usually comment and I rarely have any negative comments but this past week was both enjoyable and very frustrating. Let’s start with the condo. At first glance, very nice, mostly clean and great view for an older condo complex. Then you start to get settled in and you realize that this condo really needs to be thoroughly cleaned and organized. Please replace the pots, pans and silverware. The couple knives that are there are dull and have literally have the tips broken off. There are 3 coffee cups….nothing to cook with in the cabinets besides almost empty salt and pepper shakers. BUT if we get past all the janky things in the condo, let’s talk about the construction at the high rise next to the condo and the jack hammers (literally) starting promptly at 7:15 am (7 days a week) you cannot enjoy the patio until the evening when it is dark. So I know that places can vary and most of the time a rental has good and bad, but for paying more the 5500 for the week, we were left feeling disappointed. I wish I could be more positive. After the construction is done next door and the condo is given a little TLC I think it would be a lovely place to stay.
