The "Happy Place" is centrally located to all that Wilmington has to offer. We are less than 2 miles from UNCW, 3 miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington, and 6 miles from Wrightsville Beach. 1915 charm meets coastal modern. The home is pet-friendly and has a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside features a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, 3
bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a sunroom/"coffee room."
The Space
Cheer will feel you as you pull up to this bright, adorable bungalow built in 1915. My house is located on a main road for easy access, but it's set back from the street, offering added privacy and safety, with a fully fenced-in backyard for peace of mind. You'll immediately notice the huge amount of parking available, making arrivals and departures hassle-free
Inside features a coastal living room with a 65 inch smart TV, plenty of seating, and stocked with games and puzzles. The living room opens to the spacious dining room, which seats 6 and boasts tons of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped and even awaits treats for your pups.
Overlooking the backyard is a charming, eclectic sunroom which houses the coffee bar and even a desk for those needing to work remotely. The first bedroom is a cheery space with a queen bed. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with a tub with the second bedroom, which has 1 twin bed and 1 full bed, sleeping 3 in this room. The third bedroom is a fun, little space with a twin bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Get outside and enjoy the huge fenced backyard complete with a charcoal grill, deck, and patio.
Recent 2025 upgrades include brand new flooring and fun, fresh wallpaper. I know this home will also be your "happy place."
The driveway holds at least 4 cars. 2 cars can also be parked parallel to the house, right off the street.
