Midcentury-modern 3BR gem on a quiet cul-de-sac in Demuth Park. Your private desert oasis: hotel-style pool, spa, firepit, misters, grill, floaties, bikes & mountain views! Huge patio for sunbathing, cocktails, s’mores & stars. 3BR/3BA (2 en suite), chef’s kitchen, 7 beds, 4 smart TVs. Perfect for families, friends & LGBTQ+ getaways. Close to downtown, Joshua Tree & all things Palm Springs. Stylish, colorful, comfy—and always joyful! (Capacity is 8: 6 adults, two children.) Top-rated hosts!
NO SMOKING inside the house. (Owner suffers from allergies and asthma.) Smoking permitted outside, with an ashtray. No pets are permitted. No parties or events. Palm Springs takes noise complaints very seriously, and quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise to a minimum if you`re at the pool after 10 pm. No amplified sound is permitted outside, and neighbors should not be able to hear amplified sound from inside the house. Fees and penalties for noise complaints are hefty, and we`d hate to pass them on.

POOL HEAT
When it gets cooler outside, you can request that the pool be heated for an additional fee of $100.00 per day of your stay. It does take about 2 days to heat the pool to 87ish degrees, so please let us know before your arrival.

This place was fantastic! The kitchen was incredible a dream to cook in! the house was set up unbelievably with three bedrooms to the back yard and a world class pool. This was a family trip with my kids and my grandchildren.something for everyone pool floats covered areas! Comfortable as can be! I’ve been staying in places in Palm Springs for 15 years and this one is a gem… we loved the feel and functionality of it.great area on a dead end street the owners also were very helpful and caring in every way possible! A definite 10!! Out of 10!! If you want a true pool house with all amenities this place is for you!!
