The Space:
The townhouse was updated with new furnishings and decor and is conveniently all on one main level. It features one bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out couch in the living room, and two full bathrooms. The townhouse comfortably sleeps 6 people with plenty of space. There is lots of storage space to store clothes, shoes, skis, snowboards, and more! There is one designated parking spot for guests, located in front of the garage. Additional car(s) can be accommodated with advance notice.

For a small daily guest fee, townhouse renters have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center with a pool, hot tub, basketball court, racquetball court, and other workout equipment right across the street. Guests of our townhouse must show the front desk staff at the Rec Center their reservation to gain guest access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center during their stay. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is just a short 30-mile drive away!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with a $75 fee per dog, your furry friends are welcome to join the fun.
