Place all trash bags in trash can outside. All trash must be in trash bags provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or large gatherings allowed. If any unauthorized gatherings take place, we charge a fee to cover extra cleaning and wear on the home.
Please do not move any furniture in the home. If furniture is moved and any damage is caused, a fee will be charged.
Please keep vehicles on the gravel driveway—do not drive on the grass.

Great home with comfy beds and spacious living room and dining area. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Great acreage with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from the two porches. Not far from the town of Dickson which has a good selection of restaurants and groceries. Overall wonderful experience.

BEAUTIFUL Location and really cute/workable floorplan. New house in country setting with plenty of space. Great water pressure and quick hot water. You feel like you are so far away but really just 15 minutes to town. Thanks to Leah for being so quick with answers and allowing us to enjoy their little piece of country living.

Beautiful home. Woke up to see cows grazing across the street. Rural so you do need a vehicle.Quiet and peaceful. It was 5 mins away from the wedding venue we were attending. Leah was very responsive to a non property related issue we had during our stay. I would recommend 100%. Great town for shopping and yard sales!

House was nice. Seemed much bigger due to open floor plan. The lack of decoration made it quite uncomfortable. Felt like the builders had just left. Back deck was nice but not very usable due to zero furniture back there. Front porch was beautiful and did have two (very uncomfortable) chairs and a small table. Beds are extra firm.

Our family lived in Dickson county for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We now live on the west coast, but come back to visit often. We wanted to share this unique and quiet home with others when we weren't personally enjoying it ourselves!
