Room was very clean (priority #1 for us), but beware of the location as people honked/yelled at all hours of the night. The check-in wasn’t super great as the emailcame from a very suspicious/spam looking email address so it flagged, but the host answered after a few times calling. The air works really great EXCEPT in the master bedroom where my wife and I like it cold. Definitely bring your own pillows-this was our fault but we didn’t have room on the plane. Water pressure was AWFUL in the shower and it was very creaky. The handle for water is a bit tricky-not sure it’s installed correctly so you have to play with it to get the temp you want. Overall a cool place (building and the furniture/decor), met our needs for sure, but not the 5 star I wanted it to be.

I'm very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay Tyler. If you had reached out to us, I would have been happy to help you with the AC settings and also send someone over to check the water pressure issue. We had our plumber come in after you posted the review and he discovered it just needed a simple adjustment. Your check in information was sent to the email address you provided more than 30 hours prior to your arrival. When you called to let me know you hadn't received it, I answered on the third ring and provided you the details and confirmed the email address was correct. I also responded to your request for an early check in at 9:00am but never heard back from you. We pride ourselves on providing a great experience. I only wish you had given us the opportunity to address the issues. One last note related to street noise, our home is in a very urban environment as described in the listing. It's not unusual to hear other people. In review of the ring camera footage, we only noticed some cars honking one time.
