Enter mid-level and head upstairs to the spacious great room, primary bedroom, dining, half bath, and remodeled kitchen with granite counters and heated floor. The well-appointed, gourmet kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals, including a 5 burner gas stove, large fridge, and lots of little extras such as an Instant Pot, Nespresso and regular drip coffee makers, and blender. The dining table seats 8, plus 5 barstools at the kitchen island.
The great room features a 77" TV with sound bar, 2 large, plush sofas, and fun extras such as a dedicated game / puzzle table and a guitar. Front deck off great room offers a peek-of-the-lake view, 2 Adirondack chairs, 2 umbrellas, propane fire table, and dining table for 4. Back deck has a new Weber gas grill, chaise lounge, and umbrella.
The primary King bedroom has a TV, sofa, work station, and screened door to back deck. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanities and a shower / tub combo. Upstairs from the great room is the sleeping loft with easy-to-use Queen-sized Murphy bed, clothes storage drawer, clothes hanger, work desk, and a privacy curtain. Kid-friendly features include a built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs, a high chair, and a portable crib.
Downstairs there are 2 more King bedrooms, each has a TV, with one bedroom offering another work space and a loveseat; full bathroom with shower / tub combo, and laundry facilities. From this level, access the spacious 2+ car garage with bonus extra fridge and fun game area including ping pong, electronic dart board, small putting green, and large screen TV. Cornhole and horseshoes in the backyard, right off of the garage.
Access to the popular Lake Tahoe Park HOA beach is included with this rental. Tahoe Park beach has 2 piers, volleyball, basketball and bocce ball courts, playground, BBQs and picnic tables. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided at the property for renters' use.
Hiking trailheads for the Lake Tahoe Overlook and Page Meadows are just ¼ mile away. Easy access to Palisades Tahoe, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Tahoe Nordic Center for skiing and snow boarding.

Great place to stay! Very clean, priced well, large and open floor plan. Had lots of board games, a guitar, modern large TV. kitchen was well stocked (minus spices/oil but we brought our own). Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever. Super responsive customer service.
