Enjoy a relaxing experience in our home which has been completely updated. Nestled in Leelanau's wine country on the scenic West Bay M-22, our property offers stunning views of Lake Michigan with public beach access a minute walk away. The location is half-way between Traverse City and Suttons Bay. Enjoy the privacy of the backyard that backs up to a densely wooded area which is complete with a grill and fire pit. In the front yard, enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the West Bay!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No pets or extra air mattresses allowed. Six guests only. Home is not baby/toddler proofed. No boats, campers, RVs, and/or trailers parked on front driveway.
Access to washer & dryer is in the basement at the end of the stairs straight ahead and turn right. Please leave washer door open after use or this front-loading washer will develop mildew.
There is a 26' section of public beach across the street. The adjacent beach properties are privately-owned and cannot be used. Please do not trespass and pick-up any trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No garbage disposal is available. Place your food scraps into the trash container. Wheel out the garbage every Sun eve to the end of the driveway.
There's a 26' section of public beach across the street. near the wooden split rail fence. The adj beaches are privately owned and cannot be used.
Please extinguish the fire pit in the backyard prior to retiring for the night. Outdoor quiet time is 10pm.
