Located in rural Princeton, this phenomenal house boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 full and 2 twin bunks. With 3 bathrooms featuring bathtubs and a hair dryer, linens, and a living space with games to play and a TV, guests will feel right at home. The additional office space with a cozy sofa bed adds to the welcoming atmosphere of this fantastic property.

This ranch house is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, bathrooms with commodities, and a well-stocked kitchen including coffee supplies, a Keurig machine, and tea items. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and cups, plates, bowls, and everything you might need for your short stays. There are food courts around the corner that will supply a delicious range of choices within minutes. The city of Princeton is also minutes away, as well as Allen, Lucas, Wylie, Parker, and Plano.

The property houses our horse, Penny, and 8 friendly goats who often roam around. You can pet the animals and feed them from our stock. There is also a tended, organic vegetable and flower garden, and we do offer a pick of the day for your culinary joy.


There are plenty of areas to accommodate an indoor-outdoor party with a gazebo, string and fairy lights, plenty of hammocks and tire swings to rest and roam. You will have access to over an acre of open space for your events with prior arrangements. You can put up tents and bring in chairs and tables, bounce houses so on. Whatever you might need for your outdoor party, we can help with and make arrangements for. We do have a preferred list of party rental vendors, or you can get your vendors approved of from us. Added to your exciting stay, you are allowed to have fireworks as well - we can arrange our local vendor to set them up with you.

The outdoor areas also include a beautiful fire pit area with seating. Enjoy the starry nights or meteor showers that have been happening lately on our horizon.
