Looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay while visiting beautiful Central Oregon? Our 712 sq. ft. upstairs apartment will fit your needs. Located in a quiet SE Bend neighborhood, you're 10 minutes from downtown Bend and close to numerous restaurants, pubs and shopping.
Small kitchenette with toaster oven, coffee pot and Keurig, electric teapot, microwave, regular size refrigerator, with top freezer waffle iron, egg cooker, blender, hot plate, electric skillet, electric griddle, rice cooker. Dishes/Silverware. Coffee/Tea. Table and chairs to dine at.
Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. One bedroom with queen sized bed, dresser, closet, desk area. Sectional bed in the front room. All linens and towels provided.
Private storage shed to securely lock up your skis, snowboards or bicycles if needed.

This was a very nice place to stay for a weekend while visiting the Bend area. It was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. I'm glad I stayed here and would gladly do so again.

Just right.

This place was charming, quiet and spacious. Lots of room for a family and was super clean other than the inside of the fridge seemed to have been forgotten. We'd definitely come back! Thanks again for a great night's rest. Our roadtrip around Oregon was nothing short of an epic adventure!

Great place to stay

I had a lovely stay here for a quick visit to bend. It was comfortable, quiet and in a great location. Loved the little dog basket as well that had treats and bowls, toys. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is private, spacious, clean, and well appointed. Convenient to everything we wanted to do in Bend. The bed in the bedroom was firm. It was a nice surprise to find that the loveseat reclined!

Great spot

We had a wonderful stay. It was very well appointed with everything you might need plus a little basket for the pups. Close to the larkspur trail which was great for walking the dogs through out the day. We would stay here again!

Short visit to Bend with Family

Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Old Mill and riverfront activities. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very thoughtfully set up with everything one might need. Great place.

Very nice dwelling, well laid out and spacious. Quiet neighborhood, nice parking area, many extra items available to guests. We didn’t bring animals and didn’t notice any remnants from previous owners pets. Definitely would consider it again in the future. On a very small note… I’m tall and noticed items high up had need of dusting. The owners lived in the main house downstairs and must have left their dogs home for a couple of hours on one occasion. The dogs barked the whole time they were gone. I would have given it a perfect score but for those two items. Thanks for keeping the cost very reasonable and having us for a great visit.

Wonderful vacation

Upstairs has everything we needed (and even wanted) for a perfect winter vacation. They thought of every single detail. It is centrally located for food, shopping, easy access to highways to get to hikes. This was our second time there. It won't be our last.

Great place to stay!

This was such a comfortable place to stay. Theresa was very helpful and communicated quickly. The apartment is well stocked. It's obvious that the owners put thought into what you might need and what will make you comfortable. There are games, books and movies. The bed was comfy and the sheets the softest I've ever slept in. It's a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again and I've already recommended it to friends/family.

A Charmer

This Upstairs accommodation was clean, well stocked, charming and with plenty of room. The bathroom was filled with with goodies; the kitchen had everything anyone might need; a well stocked pet basket was in the entry hall; the bed was heavenly and the neighborhood was pleasant and felt safe especially when I took my dog for his bedtime walk!

What a cute, comfortable and well equipped find for us as we visited family in Bend. We enjoyed everything about it. The 4 stars for the online listing is that I thought including a picture of the bathtub in the description might help because it was quite high, and could be hard for some people (like me) to navigate. Otherwise a total 5 stars.

Great little "above the garage" ADU.Even though the unit was small the space was bright, the kitchen had everything you would need for a comfortable stay & the bathroom was the perfect size with a good shower and deep tub.Perfect location in SE Bend. Easy access to everything.
